Incognito Braces London
Incognito lingual braces were German engineered lingual braces designed in the mid-2000’s. They were completely invisible from the front, allowing those self-conscious about their smile to straighten their teeth discretely.
The brace itself was custom made, tailored specifically for each mouth using advanced CAD/CAM technology.
One big advantage of Incognito over other lingual braces was the low profile of brackets, which caused less irritation to a patients tongue.
A study published in the European Journal of Orthodontics1 found patients with Incognito on their teeth experienced significantly less tongue irritation, speech disturbances and impairments in chewing or biting than other types of lingual braces.
