This wonderful example of an Align, Bleach and Bond (ABB) case by Dr. Telmo Iceta and Dr. Nikita Mehta.
It was a pre-wedding request and took one full year in total.
Before treatment
The initial step involved aligning the top gum line with Invisalign.
This required a combination of rotating, pushing up and pulling down teeth.
After Invisalign treatment
The post-orthodontic image shows the top gum line fully aligned.
Leaving just the bottom needing composite bonding treatment.
After tooth bleaching and edge bonding
The final step. Teeth whitening and edge bonding, a form of composite bonding applied on the edges of the tooth.
