This wonderful example of an Align, Bleach and Bond (ABB) case by Dr. Telmo Iceta and Dr. Nikita Mehta.
It was a pre-wedding request and took one full year in total.
The initial step involved aligning the top gum line with Invisalign. This required a combination of rotating, pushing up and pulling down teeth.
The post-orthodontic image shows the top gum line fully aligned. Leaving just the bottom part of the teeth needing composite bottom treating.
The final step. Teeth whitening and edge bonding, a form of composite bonding applied on the edges of the tooth.”
